Our farm
A hotel with its own agriculture is a great benefit to its guests. Many products go directly from our own farm to the plate. Bernd Hradecky – a professional veterinarian - has restructured the traditional agriculture of Hotel Hinteregger and made it contemporary. The ecological nature of the farm has been modernized, so to speak, without changing the essence. Thus the cows have kept their own names and in the summer still graze in the lush meadows of the hotel's Alpine pasture Innergschlöss.
A photovoltaic system and a connected wood chip heating system provide the hotel with economical energy. Generation-spanning agriculture – adjusted to meet today's requirements while still remaining a simple "farm".
